Who we are:

Commercial Trade Services Group has been in the business of designing, supplying, installing and maintaining commercial equipment for London’s leisure industry for over 20 years.

We are a complete service company and our company motto – ‘’we’re there when you need us’’ forms the foundation for everything that we do.

We’re here for you to 24hrs a day; 363 days of the year should anything go wrong.

What we do:

Our aim is to operate as an extension of your business, so whilst you get on with doing the things you’re great at, we look after everything else.

From designing, supplying and maintaining all of your Catering equipment, Refrigeration, Air conditioning, Ventilation, Electrics and Plumbing to carrying out emergency equipment deliveries and repairs of your vital equipment.

    To be there when you need us: CTSG aim to deliver, install or service your machinery on the day and time that you need it!

    To complete each job on the first visit: Unless specified otherwise, we aim to complete each job on the first visit (where appropriate information has been provided in advance). If for some reason we are unable to complete a job on the first visit, it will be escalated to priority status and completed the very next day - even if it’s at a cost to our company.

    To go above and beyond: We won’t just do the basics. Where we can CTSG aim to delight our customers; that’s why our engineers have been instructed to always try to add something extra on each job.
